Entry criteria
- Age: 18 to 25, student or graduate.
- Location: Iraq, on the condition that you can attend our office in Baghdad in person, or join the on-ground work during campaigns.
- Experience: you have some practical experience and want to develop it.
- Language: you can communicate in Arabic and English well enough to be understood. Not fluency, but most of our internal communication is in English.
- Availability: you have enough time and focus to get something out of every part of the programme.
- Character: we are looking for someone polite and professional, who respects how work is done and is genuinely ready to learn.
