One condition that matters for El Salvador: your return flights must be real and paid for, not dummy tickets, or you may be refused boarding.
El Salvador also asks for a detailed day by day itinerary, and a birth certificate translated into Spanish for anyone under 18 travelling with you. Expect a few routine questions on arrival about why you are visiting and where your money comes from.
